Asure’s acquisition of iSystems adds an industry leader in Human Capital Management technology and expands its Service Bureau community
AUSTIN, Texas, May 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Asure Software (NASDAQ:ASUR), a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Digital Workplace software announced today that it has acquired iSystems, LLC. Based in South Burlington, Vermont, iSystems through its flagship product, Evolution HCM, offers payroll, tax management and HR software combined with comprehensive back-end service bureau tools to service providers across the U.S.
With the acquisition of iSystems, and the addition of Evolution’s SMB HCM solutions, Asure continues to position itself as a preeminent software platform for service bureaus and other payroll software providers.
