In his 30-year career, Anand has led a number of service businesses through major growth phases. Most recently, Anand was group president and global capability leader of Xerox's HR & Benefits Outsourcing business, an international operation serving more than 9 million members.

Prior to Xerox, Anand served as president of Continuum, as the chief operating officer of ExcellerateHRO and as the chief technology officer and services strategy leader for Hewitt. Anand has a master of business administration from Northwestern University and a bachelor of technology in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.
