/EINPresswire.com/ -- HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 07/04/16 -- Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q today announced that they raised a record amount of $158,007 during their annual Camo Cup for A Cause in May. The funds raised are going to be divided among Rudy's Bar-B-Q's military charity partners namely Folds of Honor, Operation Homefront, Chris Kyle Frog Foundation, ThanksUSA, Team Kirtland 1st Sergeant Association and Veteran Outdoors based on the funds raised by their designated Rudy's Bar-B-Q location or market.

This was the fourth consecutive Camo Cup for A Cause, which has raised more funds each year now totaling more than $450,000 combined.

Funds are raised from guests who donate a dollar during the month long campaign. In exchange for their donation, they are given a coupon for a free 32 oz. drink that can be redeemed on their next visit to Rudy's Bar-B-Q.

Since launching in October 2012 with their first Rudy's Cup for A Cause, the fundraising program has now raised nearly $1,000,000 for various breast cancer and military charities.
