Holland to its Board of Directors.

A veteran corporate executive of the technology industry, Holland served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Cisco Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2009, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Sports & Entertainment Solutions Group from 2009 to 2013.

Before that, he worked for Apple Inc., where during a 10-year tenure he served in manufacturing finance, corporate finance, and treasury divisions.

Mr. Holland is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds a Master's in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
