April 11, 2016 – Wallingford, CT – Heroes Home Advantage proudly announces that real estate agents Mikell Germond and Donna Zona of Harriman Real Estate in New Haven County, CT have renewed their commitment to giving back to their local Heroes for a second year. Einhorn, LLC and John Mezzanotte of Mezzanotte Law Firm and loan officers Aileen Richards of United Bank and Eric Khan of Total Mortgage Services have also renewed their partnerships to give credits and discounts for a second year.

The real estate rebate program provides rebates, discounts and credits to local heroes who are purchasing or selling a home. This group of real estate professionals has demonstrated their commitment to helping those who protect and enrich the lives of New Haven County residents for the past year. Through the Heroes Home Advantage program, the Realtors with Harriman Real Estate will donate 25% of their entire company’s commission in cash back or credit as allowable per the Realtor's state. Lenders and attorneys will also be providing discounts and credits to their hero clients through the program.
