/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/15 -- Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") (LSE: ATMA) has been notified that certain Directors and members of the Executive Committee, acquired ordinary shares of no par value in the Company as set out below, at an average price of $5.30 on 15 December 2015.

The acquisition of these ordinary shares was undertaken by each individual pursuant to the irrevocable non-discretionary trading plans previously entered into by the Company's founders and selected members of the Company's management, by way of nominated brokers, to whom they have granted discretion.
