Kalmanowitz is a graduate from Baruch College, The University of New York, earning both a BBA and MBA and has worked in the health care field for the past 42 years. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at three New York Metropolitan area medical centers.

Mr. Kalmanowitz served as a consultant for a New York City CPA firm specializing in hospital based physician practices before entering the healthcare field as a CFO.
