Nighthawk Grants Stock Options

("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NHK) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,285,000 stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants of Nighthawk. The options were granted under Nighthawk's Stock Option Plan at an exercise price of $0.15 per Common Share. Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one Common Share for a period of five years and vests immediately. The Company also received consent from certain former officers of the Company for the cancellation of an aggregate of 1,222,000 stock options, without the payment of any consideration therefor, in order to provide more room under the Stock Option Plan for the Company to issue additional stock options.
