The sixth annual Island Energy Conference will include a half-day energy planning workshop on November 5 and speakers and panels on November 6. A site visit to Star Island, New Hampshire, which hosts northern New England's largest offshore photovoltaic array, will follow on November 7. This conference will provide an opportunity for New England island residents to discuss common energy challenges and learn more about resources that exist to address these challenges. With the support of the U.S. Department of Energy's WINDExchange program, this event will also serve as a regional convening for the Islanded Grid Resource Center.
