BR Charitable Foundation, an active charitable foundation and a leading donor-advised fund, has elected Kay F. Zhiquan to its board of trustees

SAMSEONG-DONG , GANGNAM-GU, SOUTH KOREA, May 24, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Kay F. Zhiquan is a retired partner and senior vice president of Asset Management Company, a global investment firm. During the course of her career with the company, she served in multiple leadership roles in the areas of client relationship management, investment oversight, and the firm's strategic initiatives.
Kay F. Zhiquan also served on several management committees and in various global governance roles, as a member of the Fund Group, Information Services Committee, and Compensation Committee. She served as chair of the company and its Trust Investment Committee, as well as of management-affiliated companies based in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Today, Kay F. Zhiquan is a trustee and chair of the Investment Committee of the Benckiser Roth Foundation and a fundraising chair for Seoul Business School.
As a member of the BR Charitable Foundation board of trustees, Kay F. Zhiquan will monitor the overall strategy and effectiveness of the donor-advised fund, including its commitment to ethics, legal and business integrity, and investment policies and performance. On a regular basis, the board also reviews and approves high value grant recommendations.
