EA Named a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area for 2015

Walk through the doors at our Redwood Shores headquarters and you’re instantly met with the thrilling sounds of a FIFA 15 pitch. You’ll be greeted by a life size Titan, a Sith Warrior and a green Plumbob that’s fit for a giant.

As you walk through the halls, you’re bound to pass murals of our coolest characters, hear colleagues brainstorm new gameplay ideas, or head into a meeting in a conference room named anything from the “Bored Room” to “Love Tub” to “Hard Hat Mack” to “Pinball Construction Set”. Ask anyone who works here and they’ll tell you, these offices are something special.

That’s why it’s no surprise to the people here that EA has once again been named to The San Francisco Business Times Best Places to Work 2015 list.

“I’m proud that EA is once again recognized as a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area, but especially proud that it is a result of direct employee feedback about their experience,” said Gabrielle Toledano, Chief Talent Officer. “We strive to create a collaborative and caring culture that encourages everyone to express their ideas while also providing best-in-class benefits to address everyone’s needs.”

Since last year, we’ve even made some new upgrades here on campus. Our Club EA gym facility has been newly renovated with the latest fitness equipment, new classes and brand new locker rooms. We’ve even added a new state-of-the-art PC gaming demo space from Origin where employees can play the latest games, even some that aren’t out yet! See it for yourself in this recent visit to our campus from the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
