On Saturday, February 14th Commissioner Cecilia Malmström addressed a meeting of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels. The assembly brings together parliamentary representatives from all members of the alliance. Her remarks focused on the links between trade and security policies and how each may learn from the other.
