Europe and Eurasia: Under Secretary Gottemoeller Travels to Brussels, the Vatican and Rome
Rose Gottemoeller, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, will travel to Brussels, the Vatican and Rome for meetings with counterparts from January 12-13.
On January 12, Under Secretary Gottemoeller will meet with the NATO Arms Control, Disarmament and Nonproliferation Committee as well as members of the NATO International Staff in Brussels, Belgium.
On January 13, Under Secretary Gottemoeller will meet with several counterparts at the Vatican to discuss arms control and nonproliferation issues. She will also meet with her counterpart at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rome, Italy to discuss international security issues.
