Renewable Northwest produced new outreach materials to help inform the public and utilities about the broad benefits that could be achieved through the creation of an Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) in the Northwest. The materials reflect the opportunities that an EIM could provide for the region, including increasing reliability of the electric grid, helping to lower costs to consumers, supporting local economic development, and helping to integrate more renewable energy resources more efficiently.
