ABA Antitrust Conference Features FTC Chairman and Other Government Officials
CHICAGO, Oct. 2, 2012 – A question-and-answer session with Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz will highlight a conference of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Oct. 4-6 in Williamsburg, Va.
The conference features sessions in which seasoned practitioners and government enforcers will provide cutting-edge insight and practical pointers on topics such as merger clearance, cartel practice, unilateral conduct, class-action litigation, antitrust economics, distribution issues and non-U.S. competition law.
Leibowitz will speak on Thursday, Oct. 4, at 11:45 a.m. Other government and industry officials to speak include:
