Frank oversees game development for franchises like Battlefield, Madden NFL, FIFA Soccer, Need For Speed, The Sims and Star Wars: The Old Republic, not to mention all those plants and zombies from PopCap. As the article notes, it's a big job and one where lots of changes is on the way:
We started planning for the next-generation systems about two years ago, putting together the core technologies and the teams. A lot of our best engineers, artists, and creative directors have been working on it quietly since last year We put together a tight plan for technology, talent, and product.
