EA Supports Local Student Achievement

EA has a commitment to making a difference in the communities where we live and work, and part of that commitment is opening our doors and supporting local organizations. In recent weeks, we had two great examples hosting the Bay Area College Track graduation and the Cal Hi Sports Awards Banquet.

College Track is a non-profit organization that serves students from under-resourced communities to help them graduate from high school and succeed in college. The organizations mission is to close the achievement gap and create college-going cultures for students who are historically underrepresented in higher education. A huge step for these students is graduating high school and being accepted into a four-year college. For the past ten years, EA has been proud to host the high school graduation celebration on our campus and recognize students who have really gone above and beyond to pursue their dream.

EA's Chief Talent Officer Gabrielle Toledano welcomes everyone to the 2013 College Track Graduation.

EA also recently hosted the end of year Awards Ceremony for Cal Hi Sports, a Bay Area TV station that recognizes high school athletes for their achievements both on and off the field. Students were given a tour of the EA facilities, relived their best sports moments from the year and a few select students were awarded scholarships.

We were very proud to recognize student achievement in our own communities this year and were lucky to be inspired by all of these future leaders in our community.
