IT Governance Ltd becomes accredited CISMP training provider
/EINPresswire.com/ IT Governance Ltd has been appointed by the British Computer Society (BCS) to deliver training for the Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) qualification.
CISMP is a foundation level qualification that provides an excellent basis for a career in information security. The BCS reports that candidates who attend an approved course, delivered by an accredited training provider, achieve a notably higher pass rate in the CISMP exam than those who self-study.
Alan Calder, CEO of IT Governance Ltd comments “Becoming a BCS accredited training organisation not only demonstrates the high quality of our CISMP training course, it also reassures delegates that they are selecting the very best route to achieving the CISMP qualification.”
The IT Governance CISMP training course is a five-day programme which includes the two-hour CISMP exam. Course content is closely aligned to the BCS syllabus and is delivered by an experienced, BCS-qualified trainer. Places are still available on the next course, which takes place in London from 1-5 July 2013.
