The U.S. Department of Agriculture has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP), which offers loan guarantees and grants to eligible applicants to install renewable energy systems, make energy efficiency improvements, and conduct energy audits and feasibility studies. The deadline for grant applications for feasibility studies or project construction is April 30, and the deadline for loan guarantee applications is July 15.
