FreedomWorks to Host a Blogger Roundtable for the GOP Doctor’s Caucus
WHAT: FreedomWorks will host a blogger conference call to provide the GOP Doctor’s Caucus with a platform to make the case for patient-centered health care reform.
Each Congressman will present a brief statement on how the President’s health care law negatively affects the doctor-patient relationship, and why a patient centered health care system is the most compassionate and effective system on the table. Statements will be followed by QA.
WHO: Speaking for the GOP Doctor’s Caucus will be Rep. Phil Roe, M.D. (TN-01), Rep. Phil Gingrey, M.D. (GA-11), Rep. Paul Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-04), Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01), and Rep. Bill Cassidy, M.D. (LA-06).
WHEN: Tuesday, March 19th from 12:30-1:30pm ET. Time includes an opportunity for QA.
