The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs will host the 2013 Washington, D.C. Fulbright Enrichment Seminar, March 13-17. The theme of the enrichment seminar is Democracy and Human Rights: Civic Activism and the Media. This seminar will explore the important role that activism plays in advancing social issues in the United States and the ways in which traditional and new media are involved in advancing democratic ideals.
