DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2013) – Fans of the popular production-based Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge will have more races than ever to watch in 2013 as GRAND-AM Road Racing announced today a full slate of events as part of SPEED’s complete broadcast schedule.

The 12-race lineup opens Feb. 2 with a delayed airing of Friday’s season-opening event at Daytona International Speedway and ends Oct. 5-6 with a two-part season finale from Lime Rock, Conn. All broadcasts are set for two hours, all airing one week after the running of the event. For the second consecutive season, SPEED will air a record number of hours of CTSCC coverage, with 24 total hours in 2013. Highlighting the schedule are debut events at Circuit of The Americas, Road Atlanta and Kansas Speedway. In addition, the CTSCC returns to storied venues: Barber Motorsports Park, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Watkins Glen International, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Road America and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
