Mr. De Carolis, the majority owner of 9021pho, has brought Greg Aghamanoukian (former VP of the Wolfgang Puck restaurant chain) onboard after the long search to become president of the company. Mr. Aghamanoukian has been in the industry for the majority of his adult life and will work with Alfred De Carolis and Chef Kimmy Tang to bring the 9021pho brand nationwide in the next 3-5 years. Although Mr. De Carolis will not be involved in the day to day operations of the business, he will be strongly involved in finding the right locations nationwide for 9021pho to operate and bring this style of Vietnamese food to local and metropolitan areas.

9021pho first opened its doors right in the heart of Beverly Hills on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and Beverly drive, one block east of Rodea drive 2 years ago. It is now a favorite among locals who live in the area and tourists alike. It’s not unusual to see major movie stars sitting in the restaurant, having a big bowl of Pho and some dim sum for lunch or dinner. The menu ranges in price from 4.95 to $16.00, and the average check at 9021pho is $16.00.
