Commencing on the 11th December, The Principles of Operational Excellence workshops teach attendees about the principles of operational excellence through The Shingo Prize Model. Via the Gemba 'go and see' exercises, individuals can apply the core aspects of the course at the world famous manufacturing giants, BAE.
The idea of the project is that The Manufacturing Institute chooses host sites that are leaders in operational excellence. This means that delegates can get a first-hand experience of what operational excellence looks like and will therefore be able to apply this to their business model.
