Advatech Pacific's Cross Domai Solution Listed On Unified Cross Domain Management Office Baseline
/EINPresswire.com/ Advatech Pacific's small form factor Tactical Cross Domain Solution, TACDS™, has undergone full National Security Agency (NSA) certification and been approved for inclusion on the UCDMO Baseline List of Validated Solutions.
A bi-directional low Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) Tactical Cross Domain Solution (CDS) developed by Advatech Pacific, Inc. has been added to the Unified Cross Domain Management Office (UCDMO) Baseline List of Validated Solutions.
Advatech Pacific's Tactical Cross Domain Solution (TACDS™) was developed to meet the unique security, environmental, and size constraints required to share information across different security domains at the tactical edge. TACDS™ has undergone full National Security Agency (NSA) certification through the US Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM). Additionally, TACDS™ was evaluated in the US Army's 12.2 Network Integration Exercise (NIE) and is in use in NIE 13.1.
"TACDS™ fills a critical capability gap for U.S. Military forces that need the ability to pass data, such as situational awareness information, to soldiers or coalition forces that may have different clearances than the networks the source data is on" said Bill Cannon, Technology Director at Advatech Pacific's Electronics & Communications Business Unit. "Through user programmable rule sets, TACDS™ can selectively filter data, ensuring end users receive only the information they need and are cleared to receive."
Technologies included on the UCDMO baseline list must be certified, accredited for operational use, and have a three-year life-cycle support agreement. UCDMO baseline products are available for use by the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC) and other government agencies.
TACDS™ is available for purchase through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70 and the US Army Common Hardware Systems-4 (CHS-4) Program or by calling 937-573-9147.
