Frightwater Valley! Yorkshire Theme Park prepares to reveal its dark side...
/EINPresswire.com/ Yorkshire (Submitpressrelease123.com - press release) From 31 October - 4 November 2012, Lightwater Valley Theme Park near Ripon in North Yorkshire will be transformed into its evil twin, Frightwater Valley, to celebrate the Halloween weekend with a Halloween event in Yorkshire.
Bigger than ever before, this year's Frightwater Valley programme runs from 10am - 7pm each day and includes Underworld - a brand new, terrifying live action horror maze, as well as hair-raising frightmare zones, gruesome Halloween shows and creepy residents roaming the park.
From Raptor Attack LIVE! and the Haunting of Skeleton Cove to strange happenings in Darkwater Forest, magical shows and awesome theming, the park is summoning an awesome amount of unearthly content to make this the ultimate spine-chilling adventure for families over the Halloween weekend. There will also be a rare opportunity to experience a selection of the park's epic rides in the dark, including Whirlwind, Twister and Eagle's Claw!

Lightwater Valley Theme Park in Ripon, North Yorkshire is home to over 40 rides and attractions. After developing from a self-picking strawberry farm, rides were introduced in 1987, transforming it into a modern day theme park. Some of the key attractions include 'The Ultimate' - which is the longest rollercoaster in Europe - and Skeleton Cove, the recently introduced pirate-themed section that includes Skull Rock, Pirate Swings, Powder Kegs, Flying Cutlass and Black Pearl rides.
