Legislative and Judicial Reform and Government Accountability (12-25)

Transportation (26 - 42)

Affordable Housing (reasons 43 through 47)

A follower not an effective leader (reasons 48-50)

End the Pretense (reasons 50-52)

Says Scotto, "I congratulate my opponent on surviving another challenge. I truly hope that she finds that small space where she can both work constructively with others in the party and yet keep faith with our principles. If she becomes the leader we deserve much on my list of ills can be cured before there is yet another challenge.
