FabTrol Systems, a global provider of steel fabrication management software solutions, is hosting a FabTrol 2012 user event, Get Connected, September 12-14 in Eugene, Oregon at the Valley River Inn.
This year's user event features in-depth training sessions in FabTrol Pro and FabTrol MRP, the company's core steel fabrication management software solutions. Training sessions are also scheduled for FabTrol Rev, the company's drawing / document management solution designed specifically for the fabrication modeling and detailing sectors.
Integration with software and hardware supply chain partners in the steel sector will also be highlighted, with event attendance and sponsorships by Tekla Structures, Radley Corp., Controlled Automation, Peddinghaus Corp., Voortman and SDS/2 Design Data. Steel fabricators attending Get Connected will have opportunities to talk with integration partner representatives one-on-one about their company needs, as well as attend training sessions presented jointly by FabTrol staff and industry partner representatives. Topics include FabTrol Systems' software integration with modeling software, CNC controllers and automated data capture hardware and software.
An additional highlight includes a tour Friday afternoon, September 14th, of the University of Oregon's Mathew Knight Arena. FabTrol Systems' software was used on the project, which includes over 2,900 tons of structural steel and is the first LEED Gold certified arena in the NCAA.
