Laramie -

A public meeting will be held at the Laramie Wyoming Game and Fish Department office on May 3, 2023 to discuss changes to the following Wyoming Game and Fish Commission regulations:

  • Chapter 22, Watercraft Regulation

  • Chapter 44, Regulation for Issuance of Licenses, Permits, Stamps, Tags, Preference Points and Competitive Raffle Chances

  • Chapter 46, Fishing Regulations

  • Chapter 47, Gray Wolf Hunting Seasons


The Laramie Game and Fish office is located at 1212 S. Adams Street, and the meeting will begin at 6 PM. 

This will be the public’s opportunity to comment on non-resident elk regions, encompassed within the Chapter 44 regulation changes. Public meetings will be held in each Game and Fish region, and details for the dates and times of other regional public meetings can be found on the Game and Fish website.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission (Commission) hearing to take action on these regulations shall be July 18-19, 2023 in Wheatland, Wyoming. In order for written comments to be reviewed by the Commission prior to the public hearing, written comments shall be accepted beginning April 14, 2023 and no later than 5:00 p.m. June 2, 2023.
