(NASDAQ: BEBE) has entered into a five-year licensing agreement with Titan Industries, Inc, to design, manufacture and distribute women’s non-casual footwear. The products will be sold in bebe stores in the United States and Canada as well as certain specialty and department stores worldwide.

The new bebe shoe collection is scheduled debut during the World Shoe Association Trade Show at the end ofJuly and is slated for early Spring 2010 delivery to stores.

Titan was originally created in 1998 for the sole purpose of licensing shoes under the bebe brand. bebe stores designs, develops and produces a line of women’s apparel and accessories, which it markets under the bebe, Bebe Sport, bbsp and 2b bebe brand names.

Brisbane, California-based bebe currently operates 308 stores, of which 211 are bebe stores, 34 are 2b bebe stores, 62 are Bebe Sport stores and one is a bebe accessories store.

The company’s stores are located in the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada.
