Begin Consideration of H.R. 9 – Climate Action Now Act (Rep. Castor – Foreign Affairs/Energy and Commerce) (Subject to a Rule)

The Rule provides for 90 minutes of general debate, with 60 minutes equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and 30 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
