Summary:

The recovery from tropical storm Erika (August 2015) has been slower than anticipated. Capacity constraints slowed public investment while private investment was subdued. The authorities made progress on fiscal consolidation measures committed to at the time of the RCF disbursement (October 2015; SDR 6.15 million), but revenue yields are somewhat below expectations
