SQAAK - a free earnest money payment process sends money electronically with a buyers offer to purchase a "new" home.

ST CHARLES, MISSOURI, UNITED STATES, May 10, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ACHeck21® is announcing a strategic alliance with Sqaak. Sqaak is a highly secure and universally accepted solution dedicated to eliminating the need for paper checks when making an offer to buy a new home. Instead of writing a check to the seller's agent, the buyer transfers funds from their bank into their Sqaak account. The service works with both traditional paper based paper real estate contracts and is intergrated into the newer digital real estate form provided by the National Association of Realtors (zipForm® Plus). While the buyer’s real estate purchase agreement is being negotiated the buyer can provide a code to an interested party to verify funds in the buyer’s Sqaak account. But no one can access the funds until the buyer releases them. When it’s time to put the money in an escrow account, the buyer receives a text message from Sqaak to confirm. As soon as the buyer confirms to release the earnest money, Sqaak sends the money to the escrow agent.

The service is free when the buyer uses a prepaid code provided by their realtor or a local mortgage company. If the buyer doesn’t’ want to be “obligated” they can opt out and pay $9.95 for the service.
