EFSA launched its new website almost one year ago, and more recently moved the EFSA Journal to the Wiley Online Library.

What works, what doesn’t work? What services could be improved, what services are missing? Your answers to a few simple questions will make a huge difference and only take a few minutes of your time.

The EFSA web user survey is carried out regularly and results are compared over time. In addition to gauging general satisfaction, the survey also enables EFSA to collect feedback on specific products and website sections and to better understand our website users.
