Nutricia Medical Ireland Limited is recalling the above batch of its Paediatric Seravit Unflavoured due to possible presence of elevated levels of amino acids, minerals and fats. This recall is being initiated as there could be a potential for adverse effects for certain patient groups. This is a prescription only product and is available from pharmacies and some hospitals.
