12:00 p.m. - Members of the public begin arriving at the Sir John A. Macdonald Building for a televised viewing of the Speech from the Throne procession and ceremony to open the 42nd session of Parliament that will begin at 2:30 p.m. (OPEN TO MEDIA)

--  Visitors will need to bring photo identification.
--  No outside food or beverages will be allowed on-site. Water will be
    provided.
--  Only one (1) bag will be permitted per visitor, with a maximum size of:
    35.5 cm x 30.5 cm x 19 cm (14 in x 12 in x 7.5 in).
--  Visitors carrying any item that exceeds these dimensions will be denied
    entry.
--  Loose items stowed in wheelchairs or strollers are not permitted.
