Beach, former CEO of BCM Energy Partners, Inc. has joined the investment bank to expand its activities within the energy industry. In his role as head of Energy Merchant Banking, Mr. Beach will lead the Firm’s efforts to source and finance middle market energy companies active in both downstream and upstream markets, as well as oilfield parts and services companies. The Energy Merchant Banking group at Lampert takes an active role as a principal investor in acquiring oil and gas properties, often in partnership with local operators, while also  assisting middle market energy companies in securing debt and equity financing.

As a principal investor, the group seeks to acquire producing properties in known reservoirs across the United States where in-field development potential exists, typically with 500 boepd or more in current production. As an investment bank, the group looks to advise experienced management teams in securing $25-100mm in financing for acquisitions, recapitalizations or restructuring efforts.
