G-Drive Racing team places first at Spa-Francorchamps

The Spa-Francorchamps circuit isconsidered one ofthe most difficult inthe world. Its legendary bends, such asEau Rouge and Blanchimont, are areal test ofskill— atest which the G-Drive Racing team ofRoman Rusinov, Olivier Pla and Julien Canal passed with flying colours.
However, itwas not aneasy victory for the Russian team. After aqualifying round which saw tough weather conditions, the team started inthird position. However, despite the difficulties, G-Drive Racing managed totake the lead and ultimately won aconvincing victory.
“The result atSpa has strengthened our position inthe World Endurance Championship inthe new racing season. Our successes inthe first two stages ofthe FIA WEC have been good preparation for the key race inthe Championship, the marathon 24Hours ofLeMans. Iam sure that the G-Drive fuel which isbeing tested inthis racing series ishelping our team tovictory,” said Alexander Krylov, Gazprom Neft’s Regional Sales Director and Head ofthe G-Drive Racing project.
The legendary 24Hours ofLeMans will beheld on14and 15June inFrance. Itisone ofthe three most prestigious races inthe world alongside the Indianapolis 500 and the Monaco Grand Prix.
