WASHINGTON, D.C., May 20, 2013 — The American Bar Association Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have submitted comments (Chinese and English translations; see link below) to China’s Ministry of Commerce concerning its Comment Draft of the Interim Regulation on Standards Applicable to Simple Cases of Concentrations of Business Operators.

These views are being presented only on behalf of the Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
