FTC Closes Its Investigation Into Sony/ATV Music Publishing's Proposed Acquisition of EMI Music Publishing

The Federal Trade Commission has closed its nonpublic investigation of Sony/ATV Music Publishing's proposed acquisition of EMI Music Publishing, without taking any action. Accordingly, the deal may now proceed as proposed.
