Occupancy Use Permit Module: Applicants can apply on-line for an occupancy use permit with required information being mandatory for submission. Once submitted, the issuing department can do the appropriate review, fee calculating and notifications. After approval, the applicable certificates can be issued.
Report A Concern Module: Residents can submit concerns either via an on-line form or the GovAlert mobile app that comes with the module. Once submitted, the concern is routed to the correct department. If an inspection or work order is required, they can be completed through GovPilot's GovInspect2 mobile app, also allowing invoices and violations to be generated.
All additional software solutions deployed by Frackville in 2024 will continue to simplify and digitize once manual, paper-based government processes, allowing for government workers to dedicate their valuable time to more pressing municipal tasks, and saving constituents the hassle of traveling to city hall in person.
