Annual compliance reports are a summary of Kansas water systems' compliance with drinking water regulations for the previous calendar year. Violations of the maximum contaminant levels (MCL), treatment techniques (TT), and monitoring requirements (M/R) are included in these reports, and have been prepared by KDHE to inform the general public of the quality of drinking water in Kansas and to comply with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
