UPDATE: Three Additional Unauthorized Health Products Tested: May Pose Serious Health Risks

OTTAWA - Health Canada is advising Canadians that we have updated our list of unauthorized health products to include "Yanshiwang", "Jin Kong Fu" and "Chong Cao She Bian Zhuang Yang Dan". These products were removed from sale at Male and Female Harmony retail stores in Richmond and Burnaby, B.C., along with the Happy Paradise Adult Store in Burnaby.
Health Canada's testing of these products has identified the presence of undeclared prescription medication. We would like to remind Canadians that prescription medication should only be used under the supervision of a health care practitioner.
Should any new products or issues be identified, Health Canada will continue to update our current list of affected products. Canadians are advised to monitor this list of affected products for any possible updates.
