GRAN TURISMO: THE MOVIE TAKES ITS FIRST LAP FROM CANNES FILM FESTIVAL TO MONACO GRAND PRIX

The stars did a photo call on Friday at the iconic Carlton Pier in Cannes all decked out in Gran Turismo branding before attending the closing ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday night.
On Sunday, they embarked on the journey through the French Riviera from Cannes to Monaco to attend the Grand Prix, with Madekwe, Bloom, and Harbour all seen around the Red Bull garages, visiting the F1 paddock, and doing interviews on the grid and completing a photo call at the famous Fairmont hairpin.
Based on the true story of Jann Mardenborough, the film is the ultimate wish fulfillment tale of a teenage Gran Turismo player whose gaming skills won a series of Nissan competitions to become an actual professional racecar driver.
Directed by Neill Blomkamp. Screenplay by Jason Hall and Neill Blomkamp and Zach Baylin. Based on the PLAYSTATION STUDIOS video game. Produced by Doug Belgrad, Asad Qizilbash, Carter Swan and Dana Brunetti. Executive Producers are Kazunori Yamauchi, Hermen Hulst, Jason Hall and Matthew Hirsch.
