The highlight of the visit to Technology R&D headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark focused on Vestas’ efforts to address grid integration challenges in China.

The Vice Minister toured Vestas’ Performance & Diagnostic Centre and Virtual Reality Nacelle as well as taking meetings with CEO Ditlev Engel and Peter Brun SVP of Group Government Relations.

The visit was one of many strategically important visits by Chinese delegations to Vestas in the last months, with customers Luneng Group and Longyuan and official institution SASAC also visiting Vestas.
