Marine News: Boaters Can Get a $100 or $50 Visa Gift Card Just For Updating Their C-MAP by Jeppesen Chart Cartridges
Navigation expert Jeppesen is offering a new update program that can save boaters up to $100 when they update their C-MAP by Jeppesen chart cartridges. Qualifying is simple. Boaters simply purchase an updated C-MAP by Jeppesen chart cartridge from an authorized dealer and return their old cartridge in the C-MAP by Jeppesen rebate envelope, along with the original sales receipt, within 30 days of buying the new cartridge.
Natural and man-made forces can cause changes to waterways quickly and with significant consequences, leaving boaters vulnerable to unforeseen changes. Updating chart cartridges is one of the most basic ways boaters can be safe and efficient while on the water.
“Numerous updates are made in every region during the boating season, so having up-to-date chart products is very important to boaters,” says Glenn Butt, North American marine channel sales manager for Jeppesen. “This rebate program incentivizes boaters to update their chart cartridges, and the rebate mailer – available at any authorized C-MAP by Jeppesen dealer – makes it easier for boaters and dealers alike to take advantage of the program.”
Rebates will be made by way of a prepaid Visa gift card worth either $50 or $100 dollars, depending on the chart cartridge purchased. MAX Mega-Wide cartridges are eligible for a $100 rebate. MAX Wide, NT+ Wide, Lakes and Bathy cartridges are eligible for $50 rebates.
