Outsourcing: National Technical To Pay Special Dividend
June 21, 2010 (FinancialWire) – The board of National Technical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTSC), a provider of engineering services, has declared a special cash dividend of $0.07 per common share, payable on July 19, 2010, to shareholders of record on July 6, 2010.
The company said it, while it does not currently have a policy of issuing regular dividends or special dividends and doesn’t contemplate a change in that policy, the National Technical board may consider special dividends from time-to-time in the future in light of then-existing conditions, including earnings, cash condition and capital requirements.
California-based National Technical Systems is a provider of engineering and testing services to the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive and high technology markets.
