April 15, 2010 (FinancialWire) — International Speedway Corp. (NASDAQ: ISCA) has declared an annual dividend of $0.16 per share, payable on June 30, 2010, to common stockholders of record on May 31, 2010, marking the 37th consecutive year that the company has paid a dividend to its shareholders.
ISC paid an annual dividend of $0.14 per share in 2009.
