Ultimate Escapes Postpones Offering, Will Delist From AMEX
February 18, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Ultimate Escapes, Inc. (AMEX: UEI) said it has it has postponed a contemplated secondary public offering of shares of its common stock due to difficult market conditions. As a result of the postponement of the offering and the company’s non-compliance with NYSE AMEX original listing standards, Ultimate Escapes’ shares will be suspended from the NYSE AMEX effective at the open of the market on February 18.
The company said it expects that its securities will be quoted on the Pink Sheets beginning on February 18.
Ultimate Escapes said it plans to continue to file periodic, quarterly and annual reports with the SEC.
