Sirona Dental Prices Common Share Offering
February 18, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRO) has priced a public offering by Sirona Holdings Luxco S.C.A. of seven million shares of common stock and 250,000 shares by Jeffrey T. Slovin, at a price to the public of $35.35 per share.
The offering is scheduled to close on February 22, 2010 subject to customary closing conditions. Sirona Dental Systems said it will not receive any proceeds from this sale of its common stock. One of the selling stockholders, Sirona Holdings Luxco S.C.A., has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional shares of common stock.
New York-based Sirona develops, manufactures, and markets a line of dental products, including CAD/CAM restoration systems, digital intra-oral, panoramic and 3D imaging systems, dental treatment centers and handpieces.
